Natalie’s Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce
A classic sauce with a twist! Arizona Cactus Ranch Owner, Natalie McGee has a recipe that will replace any other BBQ sauce you have ever used. It’s a perfect blend of sweet, spicy and tangy. A great addition to any pork or chicken recipe.
  • 1 1/4cup Prickly Pear Nectar
  • 3/4cup Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate
  • 1/2cup Diced Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/2cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2cup Red Chile Paste
  • 2tbsp Fresh Roasted Green Chiles
  • 1tbsp Diced Fresh Jalepenos
  • 1envelope Unflavored Gelatin
  • 4tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1pinch Salt
  1. Blend all ingredients & simmer for 20 minutes or until thick. Use on any type of meat or freeze for later!
